Belated Happy New Year guys!... I hope you folks had a blast during the holidays... and though the partying and merrymaking is over and it's back to reality for all of us, I guess it's not too late for me to present to all of you a little gift to usher in the year 2012 with another toy feature that I'm hoping you will all like... I've been collecting ecchi or hentai gashapons for quite some time now and though most from my collection consists of replicas (or bootlegs) and loose figures, it really doesn't matter much to me since I'm just a random toy collector and I don't see myself spending a huge chunk of money for something so small or just for the sake of purchasing the real deal. I guess it's just a matter of personal taste or I'm just not that choosy when it comes to having genuine or bootleg toy figures in my collection. Anyway folks, I have here another gashapon figure that I got from a toy fair that was held last year at one of those prominent malls somewhere in Ortigas (Manila). I found this baby in a huge plastic container of loose gashapons for sale and bought it right away along with other nifty items that I'll be showcasing here in the coming days.
Japanese anime, as a whole, never ceases to amaze me when it comes to the characters they conceptualize most especially the females. Even the most innocent and harmless female characters can sometimes have this underlying statement of sexuality either through drawings projected by the artist or with the toy figures that are being manufactured by legit toy companies or skillfully made by fan-based individuals who would live out their "naughty innuendo" by creating their favorite female anime characters showing some 'sugar and spice and everything nice' kinda thing like big breasts, deep cleavages, upskirts, butt cheek exposures, teasing facial expressions and body gestures, the works! Just like this gashapon I'm featuring right now... Since I had this as a loose item, I never got to know its identity nor its origins like her character name or from what anime/manga did she came from. And though the figure looks plain and innocent, the pose, the underwear and her unbuttoned top is definitely a dead giveaway.
